Michael Whiddon of Alloy, representing the county’s economic development team, presented the Tax Incentive Review Council’s (TIRC) 2025 annual recommendations to the Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners on Oct. 7, 2025.
Whiddon said the TIRC reviews outstanding tax-incentive agreements annually to confirm compliance with terms and to recommend actions to the board.
