Tax Incentive Review Council reports programs largely meeting targets; JTTR Realty requests abatement rescission
Alloy staff presented the 2025 Tax Incentive Review Council report showing enterprise zone and CRA programs exceeding many investment and employment commitments; JTTR Realty requested termination of its abatement after relocating within Forest Park. Commissioners were told they will be asked to approve the TRC recommendations at a regular meeting.
