Carver County hears CPACE financing update; staff to return revised joint powers agreement Nov. 4
County staff and MN PACE presented an overview of the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE) program, local project activity and proposed revisions to the county's 2015 joint powers agreement with the Saint Paul Port Authority. Staff said they plan to bring an updated JPA to the County Board as a consent item on Nov. 4.
