The full story
County staff presented an estimate Oct. 14 to spray‑foam the walls and ceiling of the cattle wash bay at the Extension Building (the wash bay where animals are cleaned after events). The contractor’s quote — for two‑inch spray foam over the walls and ceiling — was $2,883.00 ($2,800 and $83 noted in the packet). Staff said the foam would be covered on the outside with dairy board to make the space brighter and easier to clean.
