Northbrook launches new digital zoning code; application forms and notice process move online

The new digital zoning code is designed to be updated in real time as the board approves future amendments. "The big exciting news is that the Village of Northbrook Board of Trustees adopted a new zoning code. That occurred on September 9 in ordinance number 20 25 dash 55. The effective date of the new zoning code that was adopted is September 22," Deputy Director Colston said.
