The Village of Northbrook’s revised zoning code (Ordinance 2025-55) took effect Sept. 22. Staff told the Plan Commission the code and new application manual are now live online, with fillable forms, new administrative adjustment worksheets and changes to public noticing.

The Village of Northbrook Board of Trustees adopted a new zoning code (Ordinance 2025-55) on Sept. 9; the code took effect Sept. 22 and is now available in a searchable, click‑sensitive online format, Deputy Director Colston told the Plan Commission on Sept. 30.
