Santa Rosa commissioners proclaim September as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and name Sept. 6 Bailey Bruner Day
The board adopted two proclamations honoring childhood cancer awareness and local fundraising efforts: one recognizing September 2025 as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and another declaring Sept. 6, 2025, as Bailey Bruner Day in honor of a local child and the American Legion Post 378 rally and ride that raises funds for families.
