The Wellington Board of Trustees on Sept. 23 approved Resolution 38‑2025 amending the town fee schedule effective Jan. 1, 2026. Finance staff told the board the changes were part of routine fee schedule review and included clarifications to Colorado Open Records Act (CORA) fees, liquor license fee language, updates to snow‑removal and nuisance‑abatement charges, removal of a vendor fee, addition of pawnbrokers/secondhand dealers, and other technical updates.
