During the hearing commissioners approved motions to defer several agenda items and set dates for follow-up. The board voted to defer item 8C2 (Lance Investments, Z2024000214) and 8C4 (Miami Country Day, Z2024000270) to the next regular hearing date; the record shows the items had no support and, for 8C4, two protests were recorded.
