A presenter identified in the transcript as Mr. Ironman told the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee on Sept. 23 that the county’s multifamily SHIP (State Housing Initiatives Partnership) application will be posted on PlanetBids and that the application process will be open continuous rather than a single deadline. “It’ll be posted today,” he said, and applicants can submit once the notice is live.
