The Indianola Planning and Zoning Commission voted Sept. 23 to recommend rezoning a roughly 1-acre property north of Highway 92 and west of South Komenal Boulevard to R2 (single-family attached) to allow a six-unit townhome/duplex project known as Spruce Tree.
