The Payson Common Council voted 7-0 to approve Resolution 34-62, authorizing an infrastructure development agreement with Payson Golf Club LLC for a proposed 125-unit condominium project that requires the developer to fund road, drainage and safety upgrades and to dedicate right-of-way to the town.
