Commission approved issuing a request for proposals for 113 W. Jefferson / 233 S. Main (former D & T muffler shop). The city will retain the west half of the lot for a future parking area; the average updated appraisal value is $242,500 and proposals are due Oct. 14.

The Goshen Redevelopment Commission voted 5-0 on Sept. 9 to authorize staff to issue a request for proposals for the property at 113 West Jefferson / 233 South Main Street, the former D & T muffler shop on the northwest corner of Main and Jefferson.
