Preserve Property Management licenses approved after address discrepancy cleared
Following an address discrepancy for Hearth and Horizon Barn licenses, the council approved a 1‑year indoor entertainment license, a holiday sales license and a victualling license for the property identified on applications as 17 Bumblebee Lane.

The council handled multiple licensing items Sept. 16 for Preserve Property Management LLC, which operates Hearth and Horizon Barn. Town staff discovered inconsistent addresses on application materials (7 vs. 17 Bumblebee Lane). After staff reviewed building permits and other records, the council proceeded with approvals for the property listed in the application packet — 17 Bumblebee Lane — and approved a 1-year indoor entertainment application, a holiday sales application and a victualling (food service) license with expirations noted on the motions.
