Following an executive session on pending litigation, Council reconvened in open session. Councilor Little moved to approve the Purdue settlement and other opioid litigation and to authorize the county manager to execute any necessary settlement documents. The motion was seconded and passed by voice vote; councilors responded "Aye," and the chair announced the council had concluded its business and adjourned.
