The Douglas County Board of County Commissioners approved an amendment to a special-use permit with the U.S. Forest Service on Tuesday to consolidate authorizations for existing bike paths, restrooms, parking and supporting improvements and to allow new construction associated with the Kale Drive Complete Streets project.
