The Budget and Finance Committee on Oct. 1 voted 2-0 to forward a resolution retroactively approving a $28,996,871 agreement between the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) and the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) for the Student Success Fund for the July 1, 2025–June 30, 2026 term. The Student Success Fund stems from Proposition G (Nov. 2022), a charter amendment that sets aside city funding for school‑site supports such as community schools models, rapid response grants, readiness grants and implementation grants.
