Graduate Hotel withdraws valet parking request; rooftop expansion delayed after council concern

The East Lansing Planning Commission on Sept. 24 heard a public-hearing item for a request by the Graduate Hotel, 133 Evergreen Ave., to add five valet parking spaces but was told the applicant has withdrawn that request for now.
