The Wheat Ridge Planning Commission approved a specific development plan (case WZ2410) to allow a 4,292-square-foot Bank of America with a drive-through in the Clear Creek Crossing mixed-use development, voting 7-0 after staff presentations and commissioner questions about access, pedestrian facilities and grading.
