Committee approves $330K contract for Tyler Technologies e-permitting system
The committee authorized a contract with Tyler Technologies for e-permitting, licensing and code-enforcement software at a lower-than-budgeted cost; county integration was evaluated but will require separate procurement by the county.

Community Development Director Vicki Fisher told the committee that a staff-led procurement committee selected Tyler Technologies for the city's e-submittal (e-permitting, licensing and code-enforcement) software. Fisher said the city budgeted $600,000 but negotiated a contract for roughly $330,000, allowing funds for user licenses and implementations and a reduced ongoing TrackIt maintenance need.
