Dean Harris, speaking on behalf of the housing authority, told the trust the authority plans a three-phase repositioning of its federal portfolio that begins with a Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) conversion. Harris said the RAD-style conversion would create an additional roughly 175 project-based vouchers and generate approximately $3 million in additional funding for the authority’s federal portfolio.
