Engineering update: parkway nearing completion; reservoir, sewer and trails moving forward
City engineering staff updated the commission on the new parkway, reservoir and related utility work: the parkway is expected to be substantially complete by October, reservoir liner and dam construction are underway and sewer lines for Boulder Ridge are being installed.
