At the Sept. 15 meeting, Oconee County Planning Department staff presented rezone case P250157 for IW Holdings LLC, requesting rezoning of a seven‑acre parcel (Parcel B 01050) from AG (agricultural) to R‑1 (single‑family) to allow creation of four lots. Staff recommended conditional approval with the department’s standard conditions and provided the recorded plat, concept plan and architectural images in the application packet.
