The finance committee approved a change to the 2023 Capital Improvement Program to move $50,000 from a general acquisition account to create a $50,000 Uptown facade grant (RA-23-001) for commercial façade and signage improvements; grants will be up to $10,000 and require matching funds.

The Kenosha Finance Committee on Sept. 15 approved an amendment to the City of Kenosha’s 2023 Capital Improvement Program to move $50,000 from a general acquisition line (RA-95-001) and create a new RA-23-001 Uptown facade grant program with $50,000 in funding.
