Introduction chapter updated to stress equity lens, implementation approach and climate integration

City staff updated the introduction to Olympia’s comprehensive plan periodic update to clarify planning horizon, integration of equity across chapters, implementation approach, and to note climate goals and the city’s focus areas; planning commission and land use committee recommended minor edits and reinsertion of climate references.
