Committee approves update to snow emergency routes and code language
Winchester City—s Health and Safety Committee voted Sept. 17 to approve changes to snow-emergency routes and to amend the Winchester City Code (Chapter 14, Article 3, Sections 14-32 and 14-33) to simplify snow-emergency language and extend primary routes into more neighborhoods.
