County staff member Mister Reagan briefed commissioners on pending state litigation and settlement discussions with opioid manufacturers and distributors. Reagan said the state is finalizing settlements with Purdue and with eight other companies named in the packet and asked the commission to authorize the state to enter settlement agreements that will determine what the county receives.
