Council introduces multiple contracts and purchase orders, asks questions about capitalprojects training

At the Sept. 9 Mobile City Council meeting, staff read several procurement and contract items into the record — including a transit contract, museum exhibit contract, and multiple purchase orders — and Councilman Reynolds questioned a training contract for capital projects management software.
