Dauphin County planning staff reported Sept. 8 on a large proposed master‑planned neighborhood in Lower Paxton Township east of Langlestown Village. Staff said Phase 1 of the proposal includes more than 700 residential units; combined with a later phase the full project could approach roughly 1,200 units.
