APC to update permit fee schedule; assessed valuation drives proposed increase
Area Plan Commission received a staff proposal to update permit fees using the county's assessed valuation and voted to prepare a resolution for review at the October meeting. Staff said the correct assessed-valuation increase is about 28 percent since the last update.
