The Land Use and Transportation Committee voted Sept. 8 to send an ordinance amending the subdivision code to the full Board of Supervisors with a positive recommendation. The measure clarifies resale pricing, capital improvement costs, marketing and sales policies for conveyance through inheritance, title changes, occupancy and refinancing of below‑market‑rate condominium conversion units and confirms effective dates for certain provisions.
