The Land Use and Transportation Committee voted Sept. 8 to forward a resolution recommending approval of a Global Master Encroachment Permit (GMEP) that would allow Bridge Potrero Community Associates LLC to maintain nonstandard encroachments in the public right of way for the Potrero HOPE SF redevelopment.
