Boca Raton council adopts 2026 downtown special assessment with lower rate
The Boca Raton City Council unanimously adopted Resolution 1 29 20 25 on Sept. 8 to equalize and adopt the 2026 Downtown Special Assessment. The rate was set at 0.001, a roughly 5.5% reduction from 2025, and the council heard no public objections.
