Lubbock County Commissioners Court on Sept. 8 amended constable fee schedules to standardize charges across precincts and to reflect requirements discussed as coming from state legislation. The court approved amended fees for Precincts 1 and 3 and later approved matching fees for Precincts 2 and 4.
