Attorney Thomas Cronin informed the Coventry Zoning Board that the application filed by owners Julie and Marjorie Bailey has been withdrawn without prejudice.
Cronin said the Baileys "have asked me to withdraw their application without prejudice." Chairman Machalade responded that no motion was needed and that the statement "closes the matter formally." No vote was taken.
The board did not discuss merits of the application at the meeting. There was no public testimony recorded on the Bailey matter and no further action was scheduled by the board for this application.
The withdrawal leaves the application eligible for refiling; Cronin indicated the clients had appeared before the board on previous occasions but did not specify a timeline for any refiled application.
