The Livingston County Board of Commissioners approved a multi-county agreement on Aug. 25 to contract with the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG) for public-education materials tied to a regional materials-management planning effort. The county’s share is $8,788, prorated among seven participating counties.
