The DeKalb County Operations Committee ratified previously issued purchase orders to upgrade the DC TV studio and broadcasting equipment. County staff said the purchases—made using a cooperative contract—were necessary to improve the quality of DC TV services and were placed to realize cost savings available through the contract vehicle.
