An applicant requested and the commission agreed to continue a comprehensive-plan/PUD application (CompPlan250012 / PUD250005) to the Oct. 7 meeting to address internal client matters and further review following CAC input.

At the opening of the Sept. 2 meeting the applicant for CompPlan250012 and PUD250005 asked the Planning Commission to continue the two linked applications to the Oct. 7 meeting. The applicant said prior, more intense applications for the same site had been withdrawn after comments from citizens advisory committees and the district commissioner; the current filing is a less-intense PUD that the applicant said had been approved by the relevant CAC but needed additional internal review.
