The Hamilton County Commission on Aug. 13 approved Resolution 825-32 authorizing the county mayor to submit an application to the U.S. Department of Justice/Homeland Security 2025 Port Security Grant program. The resolution was read into the record and adopted by roll call vote after a motion by Commissioner Graham and a second by Commissioner Shipley; no members requested public comment on the item.
