At the Aug. 7 meeting staff reported several administrative site‑plan approvals and took a personnel update.
Planning staff reported administrative approvals: SPR‑2508 for Faith Lutheran Church at 1402 E. Preston (relocation of a freestanding bell tower); SPR‑2509 for 512 S. Mission Street (NP Fit Club) to remove a garage and restripe the lot for three parking spaces; SPR‑2510 for an industrial park lot to remove deteriorated hardscape and replace with landscaping and relocate a mailbox; SPR‑2511 for 101 S. Mission Street to add an ADA ramp by removing and reconfiguring part of a sidewalk loop; and SPR‑2512 for 407 S. Main Street to add a sidewalk connection from the public sidewalk to rear parking.
Staff also announced that Commissioner Erwin submitted his resignation effective immediately; staff said Erwin planned to attend a future meeting to receive recognition for years of service (service began in 2014). The commission had no further business and moved to adjourn.
