Indian River County Commission approves initial resolution to form special assessment for solid-waste collection, 4-1

The Indian River County Commission on a special-call vote approved an initial assessment resolution to form a special assessment to fund solid-waste collection services in the county's unincorporated area, passing 4-1 with Commissioner Moss voting no.
