Nicollet County approves conditional-use permit for New Ulm water-well reconstruction
The Board approved a conditional-use permit (PLN25-06) allowing the New Ulm Public Utilities Commission to reconstruct two water wells, a project the county planning staff said is in a floodplain and will require Minnesota Department of Health permitting to protect the Mount Simon Aquifer.
