The Temple City Council on Aug. 21 granted a site-plan amendment to an existing conditional-use permit (CUP) for Palladio Industries, allowing expanded production buildings, additional storage (a tank farm) and a new rail terminal on the firm's roughly 21-acre Temple Industrial Park site.
