POST FALLS, Idaho — At its Sept. 18 meeting, Post Falls Urban Renewal Agency staff reported a Sept. 11 conference call with representatives of a health project in the Post Falls Technology District who expressed interest in modifying Local Project Agreement (LPA) language governing a joint venture arrangement.
Agency staff said council members on the call recommended the representatives submit a draft of proposed language for staff review. Staff indicated they had not yet received draft language and said the item could return to the commission for consideration in October if a draft is submitted.
No formal action was taken at the Sept. 18 meeting; staff flagged the topic for potential future agenda placement pending receipt of proposed contract language.
