The Walton County Technical Review Committee (TRC) took the following formal actions on Aug. 20, 2025:
• Motion to cancel the Sept. 2025 TRC meeting — passed by voice vote.
• Approval of the Aug. 6, 2025 TRC meeting minutes — passed by voice vote.
• Motion to table the Great Southern Yacht Company item (agenda item 2) — passed by voice vote (item tabled).
• Lot 8, Palm Road Estates (MIN25‑000116) — staff recommendation to conditionally move the replat out of TRC for approval passed by voice vote; outstanding items include replant application and final fire and environmental signoffs.
• LBC Properties, Highway 331 (MIN25‑000113) — continued to the Sept. 3 TRC meeting to allow resubmittal of missing landscape plans, signed civil plans, trip generation analysis and to await environmental/Eglin review.
• Capital Vet Clinic (major development) — conditionally approved to move to Planning Commission upon successful resolution of outstanding labeling, landscaping, phasing and fire comments.

• Weston Wood Ranch expansion (MAJ25‑000043) — conditionally approved to move to Planning Commission pending resubmittal and resolution of environmental and fire comments.
• Greatton Beach access relocation (MIN25‑000109) — conditionally approved pending resubmittal and director approval; fees waived as a partner agency project.
For items advanced conditionally, staff will circulate resubmittals to reviewers and require signoffs before the projects proceed to Planning Commission, Design Review Board or final development order approval.
