Mehlville facilities projects near completion; HVAC and roofing work continuing under Prop S

Director of Facilities Mike Gegg told the Mehlville R-IX Board of Education Aug. 21 that the district is completing several Proposition S projects and wrapped up major summer work including roofs, HVAC upgrades and asphalt maintenance.
Gegg said Gearbound Phase 2 (phase two spelling in transcript: Gearbound/Gerber?) was nearly complete and occupied for the first day of school.
