Sumner County School Board members were updated Oct. 14 on a committee effort to assess and improve accessibility at district playgrounds and on next steps for cost estimates and prioritization. Staff said the committee has added parent representatives and will use a moderately sized playground as a cost model while identifying lower-cost steps that can increase access immediately.
