I would've... thrown in the towel,” the auditor said, describing vendor assistance during a difficult transition.
The county has a Tyler training environment that staff can use to test transactions without affecting live data; trainers recorded many sessions and the auditor said she will check whether additional recorded modules are available and follow up on in‑person training options for staff who request it.
