The Calvert County Board of County Commissioners voted Aug. 26 to adopt an updated master plan for Hollowing Point Park, an 81-acre county park in Prince Frederick. The ordinance the board approved closes the public record and establishes the master plan as the county’s guide for park improvements over the next 15 to 20 years.
Parks and Recreation Director Bob Bridal and park planner Stephanie Sperling presented the update, which the department began drafting in fall 2023 with Murphy & Dittenhofer architects and public outreach.
