Williamson County planning commission approves multiple subdivision plats and concept plans

The Williamson County Planning Commission approved a series of subdivision plats and concept plans Wednesday, clearing final and preliminary plats for Wiley Farm Section 2, approving the Wiley Farm common-area site plan, and granting revised and preliminary approvals for several other residential developments.

The actions, taken during a regular commission meeting, included final approval of Wiley Farm Subdivision Section 2, site-plan approval for the Wiley Farm common area, revised concept plan approval for The Villages at Triune West, and approvals of concept, preliminary and final plats for a number of smaller subdivisions. Several items were withdrawn or placed on the consent agenda for deferral, and the commission handled the items largely by unanimous voice votes after staff presentations.
