Council narrows lot-coverage increase for Wyburn development, limits change to SF-10 lots
After debate and a prior Planning & Zoning denial, the council amended a planned-development text to allow a 5% increase in maximum lot coverage for SF-10 lots (40% enclosed to 45% all structures combined) to permit covered outdoor spaces; the SF-15 portion of the request was removed.

The Flower Mound Town Council approved a narrower text amendment for the Wyburn residential planned development, allowing a 5-percentage-point increase in maximum lot coverage for SF-10 lots so that certain unenclosed covered outdoor areas (porches, pergolas, outdoor kitchens) can be counted as part of the allowable roofed area.
